Shipping Policy

1. General:

-We usually ship out the product in 1-2 working days (Sunday holiday). Upon placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation email and when the products are shipped out, we send an email with the courier tracking number.

- Complains regarding the delivery of shipments/damage/wrong status marked for delivery should be raised within 48 Hours of the delivery date. (Post that the courier company does not support us to take further actions).

-We usually use leading courier partners like Xpressbees/ Bluedart/ Ekart/ Ecom/ Shree Tirupati. We send out the majority of the shipments through the surface. However, some temperature-sensitive products or lightweight products can be sent by air.

- For remote areas, we may use India post. Delivery time is 2-4 days across India. However, we can not assure any date of arrival but can give an estimated time based on your order location and mode of shipment i.e. air or surface.

- Shipping charges which are shown at the time of check-out are final. 

2. Free Shipping & COD exception:

Many products are already available with free shipping without any conditions.

Free shipping is applicable on a total order value above 1000/- with exceptions mentioned as follows.

Shipping charges are applicable on below listed items/brands regardless of order value. These list is also excluded from COD options due to nature of the product.

    1. Plant-based Drink/Beverages (shipping applied but COD available as per policy)
    2. Chocolates
    3. Cheese
    4. Cakes, Sweets (Mithai)
    5. Emkay (Emkay Lite 5 Liter and 15 Kg)
    6. Ultx Curd Kit
    7. Ultx Curd Culture
    8. Vezlay Veg meat 600gm, Indi-chop 500gm and Chikka 500gm

3. Cash on Delivery:

-Cash on delivery is available based on the order confirmation given by the customer. We usually reach out through Whatsapp and if not available then Email/Call. Without such confirmation, we will not be able to ship the order.

- Some sellers are not willing for COD, so their products will not be shown for COD as well.

4. Cancellation: We can help with the order change or cancellation only before the products are shipped out. Please notify us within 4 hours or before 12 PM whichever is earlier from the time of placing an order.     5. Special Shipping request: Based on special requests (India or Overseas) we can send all the products via Air, however liquid item is prohibited through air cargo so only non-liquid items can be shipped. For such requests, you can reach out to support@vegandukan.com. Additional charges are applicable for air shipments.
